RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Return Process

1. Contact our customer support team at info@trendyshopland.com to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to proceed.

Processing Time


Once we receive the returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process the return and initiate any applicable refund. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.


Refunds


Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Non-Refundable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale items
- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition
- Items that have been personalized or customized. Unless your return is approved for any defective issues.  Please be sure to contact us.  Our customer satisfaction is very important to us. 


Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to proceed and resolve the issue.
